Rich Allen - Sales Manager

Rich Allen is the Land Rover Sales Manager. He has been with Land Rover Louisville since the opening of the Centre in 1997. Rich has a deep love for the Land Rover brand and is a purist in the belief of the tradition of Land Rover’s off-road supremecy. His roots are firmly embedded in his pursuit to exceed customer’s expectations, which began while working in the Land Rover Service Department for a number of years. He is very proud of the staggering amount of repeat business that our Land Rover Sales Team continues to generate.

Simon Fields - Sales Manager

What I like about the car business is I get to meet wonderful people and take care of their automotive sales and ownership experience. I have worn several hats as I have moved up the corporate ladder at Blue Grass Automotive. I learned from the ground floor as a Selection Specialist, Lease Manager, Business Manager and now Jaguar and Land Rover Brand Manager.
On my off time I enjoy riding my Harley and watching my kids in their pursuit of becoming professional athletes (just kidding) or just hanging out with them. I love taking my crew on off road Land Rover events with our customers. I am an avid golfer who never has time to play anymore.
My only advise on buying a car/truck from the Jaguar/Land Rover Louisville team is just ask! I pride myself on finding a way to say "Yes." I work very close with the team here to keep it simple, with no tricks or red tape. Just treat everyone the way you would want to be treated. Its that easy...

“Just a city boy, born and bred in north Detroit”
Cars are in my genes. My Grandparents worked the line at Ford, My Dad was a regional sales manager at Federal Mogul, and my Sister is an executive at General Motors. It seems I have been destined to be a car guy my whole life. Since I was very young I have been interested in cars. In my Kindergarten Show and Tell I explained how a distributor cap and rotor worked. I couldn't understand how nobody cared!
I have worked at Jaguar since my arrival in Louisville. I have been through every department gaining knowledge of operations and doing what I love, helping people. I am a master level parts specialist, a master level service consultant, a master level service manager, and a certified sales consultant. I have been bestowed the honor of being named to the Jaguar Guild twice. To say that I live and breathe Jaguar is not too far from the truth. |
