I am a native of San Antonio, Texas but I have been in Louisville for since 1985. That being said, Louisville is my home. I have degrees in Science and Criminal Justice Administration. I have been married since 2001 and have two wonderful daughters. When I’m not working, I love fishing, time with friends and visiting my family in Ohio, Tennessee, and Louisiana.
I have worked in a multitude of industries but from these diverse environments, I have learned the importance of one key skill – customer service. I pride myself in providing service above and beyond the expectations of our customers. My customers know my service to them remains throughout their ownership experience.

Monica has worked for Bluegrass Motorsports for five years at multiple dealerships including Saab, Land Rover, Jaguar, and Audi. She enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle for them. Cars are in my genes. My Grandparents worked the line at Ford, My Dad was a regional sales manager at Federal Mogul, and my Sister is an executive at General Motors. It seems I have been destined to be a car guy my whole life. Since I was very young I have been interested in cars. In my Kindergarten Show and Tell I explained how a distributor cap and rotor worked. I couldn't understand how nobody cared!
I have worked at Jaguar since my arrival in Louisville. I have been through every department gaining knowledge of operations and doing what I love, helping people. I am a master level parts specialist, a master level service consultant, a master level service manager, and a certified sales consultant. I have been bestowed the honor of being named to the Jaguar Guild twice. To say that I live and breathe Jaguar is not too far from the truth.

Jon joined the Land Rover Louisville team in 2000 and has experience in all three departments of the dealership. Worked as Parts Manager until 2003, Service Department until 2005 and is now a Gold Certified Sales Guide. During his career Jon has been to Land Rover Driving schools in Canada and California. “I believe that it is not only the Land Rover vehicles that attract our customers, but the excellent customer service that we provide to our client, personal relationships keep our strong repeat business in the Louisville market.” Jon was born on the Isle of Man just off the British Coast and has resided in Louisville for over 20 years.
